Sadly. I have an addiction.

I am a self confessed addict to diet drinks. Pepsi max, Diet Pepsi or a sugar free red bull. Heaven to my taste buds.

Yet recent data is proving rather scary…

Drinkers of diet soda are 48% more likely to have a heart attack or stroke.

Diet sodas increase appetite and therefore can lead to weight gain.

Caffeine can result in reflux disease which leads to ulcers.

Artificial sugars have always been battling a link with cancer. Www.cancer.org list aspartame as a carcinogen.

Join me in my attempts to limit the intake of the delicious but health abusing carbonated caffeine.

Take away caffeine at the end of the day before trying to remove your caffeine intake in the morning. This will reduce fatigue and withdrawal headaches.
