Early Rise And Shine? Or Late Drink and Dine?

They say that people who get up early, achieve more.

Well that’s not always easy when you’re alarm goes off and you have a rather tempting snooze button.

However I can vouch for it. It’s harder to train early now with having the boys, but when I do. I feel alive for the rest of the day, am usually more motivated and tend to sleep much better (without midnight dark chocolate Lindt munchies.)

However, we have to remember that moderation is the key. Committing to 5am starts every morning may be unrealistic and unsustainable for most. Try adding it in a couple of mornings a week as see if it’s something you enjoy and whether this is how you can fit your exercise in with a busy schedule.

And when you do need to sleep, don’t feel guilty for sleeping. As a severely sleep deprived person, I can also vouch for the wonders of sleep too!
