Sick and tired of hearing how good exercise is for you?

Well apologies but here we go again…

Exercise has been shown to significantly improve rates of survival in cancer patients.

A study actually took place back in 2008 with breast cancer patients and showed how moderate exercise was linked to a 67% reduced mortality.

Not only this, but patients had reduced anxiety and were shown to more positive throughout their treatment.

So stop pulling a selfie in the gym and get that heart rate pumping!

And don’t forget exercise doesn’t need to be glamorous. It can be dancing in your living room, a brisk summer walk or simply fashioning your Jane Fonda work out video.
