Happy Women’s International Day (for yesterday!)
Thinking of women, how much recognition yesterday received and also how far, as a sex, we have come in the last few decades –
I found this article incredibly interesting…. females proven (by Harvard Public Health) to be better doctors than males…..?

Now obviously this article leaves out a lot of information, and some of the very best doctors I know are male. However, in the spirit of the occasion, let’s enjoy women’s success.
And I do believe the empathy displayed by many of my female colleagues and the ability to communicate with patients and put them at ease generally, does benefit the profession on a whole. Here here to all XX chromosome combinations! (and to continued teamwork with the XY chromosome combinations.)
