I find it fabulous how many companies are now trying to incorporate health and sporting activities in the work place. We spend so much time on our behinds at our desks and with families and outside commitments, it can be hard to find the time to exercise.
With exercise significantly reducing the risk of chronic disease, improving our mood and acting as a fantastic team building activity – why would we not add it as part of our working day?
