Second week in to the new diet plan and keeping motivation is hard. It’s basically very tough (no wonder I didn’t change enough before! I was faaaar too kind to myself!)

Packed lunches to fine dining restaurants, drinking water, then water oh and some more water whilst watching everyone on the champagne.

Getting up early to prepare all my meals for the day; vegetables (little flavouring) vegetables and an egg here and there. All my money gone in supplements-zinc, magnesium, amino acids, omega 3s.

If I were half a chef it may be easier!

So as I tell people in my anti-obesity programme. Get up and get motivated. Tell yourself you can do it and call on some melodic help….
